About Clickovia

Clickovia was born from real-world experience on some of the most complex construction projects in the United States. The idea was founded by Abhishek Pandit, who earned his Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Columbia University with a specialization in Construction Management, Entrepreneurship, and Leadership. After graduating in 2022, Abhishek worked with major general contractors in New York City on large-scale infrastructure and building projects, including projects for the New York City Transit Authority. During this time, he witnessed firsthand the deep inefficiencies that exist in the construction industry — especially in how submittals, drawings, and technical documents are reviewed, coordinated, and approved among multiple stakeholders. He observed that critical project workflows were slow, fragmented, and heavily manual, leading to constant delays, repeated rework, miscommunication, and massive waste of time, materials, and public funds. On public infrastructure projects in particular, these inefficiencies were not just operational problems — they were directly impacting taxpayers and government budgets. Seeing how much time and money was being lost to outdated processes, Abhishek recognized a powerful opportunity: artificial intelligence could could fundamentally transform how construction projects are managed. By using AI to automate reviews, improve coordination, reduce errors, and accelerate decision-making, project delivery could become faster, more transparent, and far more efficient. This vision became Clickovia — an AI-powered platform built to modernize construction project management. Starting with Click Submittals and expanding into scheduling, cost control, and other project controls functions, Clickovia aims to eliminate friction, reduce waste, and help the industry deliver projects faster, smarter, and with greater accountability.
